REGISTER
There are 3 steps to the registration process!
1. Download and complete the Youth Application. We accept applications on a rolling basis. You will need to provide a Photo ID and Right-to-Work document (Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, etc).
2. Choose a Tuition Package. Payments can be made via Credit Card, or by Check or Cash at RYTMO Headquarters. If you are low-income and would like to request a scholarship, you will need to provide proof of household income (i.e. paystubs, income statement, etc).
3. Attend a scheduled mandatory orientation. Class sessions are held 4 times a year (or every 3 months). So apply now!

Download, print and fill out the application COMPLETELY if you would like to register for RYTMO sessions. We accept applications on a rolling basis, so send it in anytime. Shortly after reviewing your application, RYTMO staff will contact you directly for a phone interview. Please include CURRENT contact information.

Agencies, programs or representatives referring a youth to Project RYTMO should fill out this AGENCY REFERRAL form and submit it along with the youth application.

We'd love to hear from you. RYTMO is interested in working with ALL youth, including teens who are currently on probation, have trouble in school, are homeless or emancipated, are low-income, or have other similar difficulties.
STEP 2: CHOOSE A TUITION PACKAGE.
*Tuition Scholarships
To qualify for a tuition for a full or half scholarship, please indicate the status of your economic hardship on the youth application along with copies of any supportive documentation to support your claim, including household pay stubs, income statements, etc. Scholarship funds come from various private and federal grant sources.
